We have various tube manufacturing technologies: Extrusion, Lamination and IML Injection. Additionally, we offer multiple decoration options, such as Dry Offset, Flexography, Digital Offset, Screen Printing and Hot Stamping, ensuring that each product is unique and of the highest quality.

Our solid internal capacity in all key processes allows us to offer optimal service and a comprehensive response, accompanying our clients from the beginning of the project to the final delivery of the tube. Our own laboratory,equipped with the latest technology, allows us to carry out compatibility tests for your new projects. In addition, we actively research new alternative raw materials to integrate into your tubes. Our R+D+I team is always available to listen to your needs and create personalized solutions. We also make and decorate our own stoppers.
We offer fully representative samples of the final product, formulating our colorants and inks in-house, allowing us to guarantee results that meet your expectations. Our clientele can verify “in situ” that the final result aligns perfectly with the design created, all with a focus on personalized attention.

Sustainable development is a priority deeply rooted in our DNA. For more than 15 years, we have been working on weight reduction, the use of recycled materials and the recyclability of our tubes. In 2022, we are proud to have obtained the Ecovadis Platinum medal, a recognition of our commitment to the environment.
Our History
1964
In 1964, Tuboplast Hispania S.A. was founded in Vitoria, Basque Country (Spain). Fifteen years later, the company began producing laminated tubes.
1989
CTL Industries is opened in Vichy, France, as the company's second largest facility. Four years later, in 1993, a sales office is established in Paris.
1998
In 1998, Tuboplast Hispania obtained the ISO 9001 certificate for the first time. A year later, CTL Packaging & CTL Industries joined the recognition. In 2001, the company obtained the ISO 14001 certificate.
2002
Tuboplast moves to the Miñano Technology Park (Vitoria) and three years later CTL Packaging & CTL Industries merge into CTL Packaging SAS
2008
In 2008, the CTL-TH Packaging group was established, made up of CTL Packaging and Tuboplast. Shortly afterwards, Tapser was assimilated by the group.
2018
Estée Lauder Innovation Award to CTL-TH Packaging for its Easy Supply Tube technology
2021
In 2020, KCE became the majority shareholder and a year later the company changed its name to CTLpack.
2022
CTLpack has obtained the EcoVadis Platinum certification, the highest rating awarded to only 1% of companies in the plastics sector evaluated worldwide, for its work in corporate social responsibility.
2023
CTLpack has obtained the EcoVadis Gold certification, a rating awarded to only 5% of the companies in the plastics sector evaluated worldwide, for their work in corporate social responsibility.
