CTLpack Vitoria, S.A.U. reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in its production processes, following a clear roadmap aimed at reducing energy consumption and the carbon footprint associated with its products and processes.

In line with this commitment, the company has applied for the subsidy granted under the "Aid Program for Energy Efficiency Actions in SMEs and Large Industrial Sector Companies for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years," promoted by the Basque Government’s Energy Agency (EVE).

Thanks to this initiative, an investment has been made in the installation of two Carrier-brand cooling units, which allow for a significant reduction in electricity consumption, thereby improving the plant’s energy efficiency.

The investments made fall within project 318-AEE/2019, which has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), managed by EVE-IDEA, and funded through the National Energy Efficiency Fund.
