INJECTED tube
IML (In Mould Labeling) injection moulded tube technology
FILM PRINTING
Flat printing according to the desired final decoration by flexography or digital printing, and final finishing (varnish).
LABEL DIE-CUTTING
The film is die-cut to create labels to the exact size of the injection mould.
SLEEVE INJECTION
The label is placed into the mould cavity and the molten polypropylene material is injected, fusing with the label and becoming a perfect decorated cylindrical sleeve.
CUTTING
The sleeve is cut to the desired length.
HEAD INJECTION
The head is injected onto the tube sleeve.
CAPPING
Once the tube has been formed (sleeve with head), the desired type of cap is assembled.
PACKING
Finally, the tubes are packed for delivery to the customer.
