WEB PRINTING
Flat printing according to the desired final decoration, mainly by flexography, and varnishing.
SHAPPING
The web is formed into a cylinder shape. The two longitudinal edges of the web are welded to form a continuous cylinder.
CUTTING
The cylinder is cut to the desired length (sleeve).
HEAD WELDING
The head is welded to the tube sleeve.
CAPPING
Once the tube has been formed (sleeve with head), the desired type of cap is assembled.
PACKING
Finally, the tubes are packed for delivery to the customer.
